New York University

For an extensive series of two-minute informational videos to promote awareness for New York University’s Global Studies Program.

This was an ambitious and logistically demanding project that required intense organizational skills.

Indigo’s production team was ready for the challenge…

It involved interviewing 60+ students who attended new NYU satellite campuses around the globe and combing through literally tens of thousands of photos to illustrate the students’ stories.

Finally, we edited each of the 2-minute videos into a compelling narrative. The project has now been expanded due to the overwhelmingly positive response from students and parents.

As part of a massive worldwide initiative, PMI Global Services hired Indigo for a logistically challenging assignment: Shoot 50 interviews with 50 executives in 8 countries around the world – at the same time…

In order to shoot 50 substantive interviews in 8 different countries at the same time, the Indigo production team mobilized our global network of production talent, and orchestrated a massive logistical effort across multiple time zones, to ensure it all went off without a hitch. It did.

We then edited all 50 videos in New York within two weeks and delivered them to be shown to a select group of top executives at a 3-day retreat.

Despite the challenges inherent in such an undertaking, the entire project went flawlessly. PMI has hired us for numerous projects since then.
